Beef Medallions Filet in Mustard Cream Sauce

1.) Place the cream in the saucepan, add the salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Add the mustard and beef broth, beat briefly using an electric mixer

2.) Cut the meat into about 0.5 inch thick slices. Heat the oil in the Fissler Crispy Steelux Frypan and fry the meat for about 1 minute on each side

3.) Reduce the heat and deglaze the pan with the broth. Pour in the mustard-cream sauce and simmer at low heat, covered for about 5 minutes. Serve with foil baked potatoes with sour cream and a mixed salad.
